35–40°CDynamic risk assessment mandatory. Minimum 10-minute hydration break every hour. Supervisor informed.
40–45°CDynamic risk assessment mandatory. Hydration break every 30–45 minutes. Welfare checks required. Supervisor notification required.
Above 45°CSupervisor authorisation required. Strict hydration regime, enhanced welfare monitoring and review of work methods to reduce heat exposure.
Any symptomsStop work immediately, move to a cool area, hydrate, notify supervisor and reassess fitness before returning to work.
